Halloween Specialty Instant Coffees (2026)

Partners Coffee Halloween Specialty Instant Coffee Collection

Our Halloween Specialty Instant Coffees were first introduced in 2023, quickly becoming a collection of spooky favorites for the fall season. This lineup includes Boo Brew, Count Coffula, and Franken Coffee.

Built on the playful inspirations from seasonal vintage cereal box mascots, this collection of creative characters first came to fruition with the main graphics created by Sophie Wheeler of Soupie Studios, with ideas and additions from our in-house graphic design and marketing teams. These coffees wouldn’t exist without the outstanding team effort from all sides - a great testament to the ideal that “we’re only as great as the sum of our partners."

Our Specialty Instant Coffees go on the same journey as our whole bean offerings: sustainably sourced from our producer relationships and roasted by hand. Then, the beans are sent over to our partners at Swift Cup Coffee, where the coffee is brewed and slowly dehydrated to preserve the full flavors that you know and love. The prepared instant coffee is then individually packed, sealed, and boxed up in perfect portions for your convenience and enjoyment.

"The release of our Halloween Specialty Instant Coffees is always heavily anticipated and well-received. Dressing up three of our most popular offerings, akin to trick-or-treating, was a no-brainer to fit the motifs of the spooky season."

Boo Brew

Boo Brew features Colombia - El Ramo, a sweet and nuanced coffee that displays the impeccable flavor of Colombian Coffee. The tasting notes of peach, fresh cream, and vanilla are perfectly preserved, allowing one to brew a sweet and approachable single origin coffee in mere moments.

Meaning “the bouquet” in Spanish, El Ramo is duly composed of fresh, seasonal lots from our favorite relationships in the northern department of Antioquia. The result is a beautiful offering that is blended to maintain a stable flavor profile all year round.

We work closely with our friends at Pergamino in the development of El Ramo, including lots from their own farms in Santa Bárbara and lots from their smallholder producer partners in the communities of Caicedo and Urrao.

Count Coffula

Count Coffula features an approachable and delicious daily brew, Brooklyn, that is equally tasty on its own or dressed up with milk and sugar. Tasting notes of milk chocolate, sweet toffee, and rich dried fruits shine through in this classic brew.

We source community-grown coffees from our trusted relationships in Colombia, Guatemala, and Honduras to arrive at a blend that’s sweet and familiar.

Franken Coffee

Franken Coffee features our most developed, deepest roast, Manhattan. This coffee is full-bodied and rich, with notes of dark chocolate, marzipan, and the syrupy sweetness of molasses.

Roasted to emphasize bold flavors of bittersweet chocolate and deeply caramelized sugars while maintaining a heavy, satisfying body.

We rotate the components of Manhattan seasonally, but this coffee always features a foundation of Brazilian and Central American components, the former to contribute sweetness and body and the latter to deliver rich, satisfying brulêéd sugar notes.
